Mark Zuckerberg tries Apple Vision Pro and gives sharp criticism; look

Mark Zuckerberg tested the new Apple Vision Pro virtual reality glasses and shared his experience through a video on his Instagram account. The billionaire spared no comments and demonstrated dissatisfaction with the rival brand's product, while praising the device from his own company, Meta.

Zuckerberg begins by saying that he has finally tried Vision Pro and admits that the competitor has different strengths, but that his product is better for most people. According to him, the Meta Quest 3 is seven times cheaper than Apple glasses and is “the best product, period”.

The billionaire also says that the video posted was recorded by a Meta Quest 3 in his living room and shows a friend using the device to capture images.

In addition to sharing the uses of his brand's glasses, the businessman comments that he believes the Meta Quest 3 is much more comfortable than the Vision Pro. However, he admits that the Apple screen has a higher resolution and that its eye tracking it is very good”.

The Facebook owner even mentioned that he would probably upset some Apple fans after his review.

“You know some fanboys get upset whenever someone dares to question whether Apple will be the leader in a new category. The reality is that each generation of computing has an open and a closed model. And yes, in the cell phone segment, Apple's closed model won, but it's not always like that”, he shared.

Mark further adds: “If you go back to the PC era, Microsoft's open model was the winner. In this next generation, the Goal will be the open model, and I really want to make sure that the open model wins again. The future is not yet written.”

In addition to thanking Meta fans for their support, he ends the video by saying: “The best way to design the future is to invent it”.

Apple's virtual and augmented reality glasses arrived in American stocks earlier this month with the company's promise that they will transform “the way people work, collaborate, connect, relive memories and enjoy entertainment”.
