Mark Zuckerberg: Video of the moment he lays off 11,000 workers at Meta

The news is going around the world that the Mark Zuckerberg made the decision to dismiss 11,000 employees in Metawhile a little while ago a video was published, in which announces the unpleasant news to them.

The nbcnews.com presented the particular clip, which was taken on a mobile phone, and shows the billionaire saying, “I know there’s a range of different emotions. I want to say in advance that I take full responsibility for this decision.”

In fact, the call was reportedly one of two separate ones the Facebook CEO had, a img said — one for the laid-off employees and one for those not affected.

“I’m the founder and CEO, I’m responsible for the health of our company, for our direction and for deciding how we execute,” the executive said, adding, “including things like this.”

Afterward, Zuckerberg told those fired that he took “full responsibility” for the decision. “It was one of the hardest calls I’ve had to make in 18 years of running the company,” the CEO said, adding, “Obviously, it has a big impact on your life. But also for our mission.”

“We’re losing people who — they’ve really put their heart and soul into this place,” stammered the Facebook CEO.

“No matter what team you may have worked on, each of you played a role in contributing to the products that billions of people use to connect every day. Each of you is talented and passionate, and each of you has played a role in making Meta successful,” he added.
