THE Marvel released this Saturday (10) the trailer for the series “Secret Invasion”, or “Secret Invasion”, which will be released on the streaming platform Disney+ . The production stars Samuel L. Jackson, who returns to the role of secret agent Nick Fury.
The launch took place during the D23 Expo, an annual event where the disney announces new movies and series. In addition to Jackson, the cast of the series will have Don Cheadle, who returns to the role of the hero War Machine, and Ben Mendelsohn, who played the alien Talos in the movie “Captain Marvel”. Actors Kingsley Ben-Adir, Emilia Clarke and Olivia Colman are also part of the cast, but in roles not yet revealed.

According to the company, the series will show Nick Fury and Talos having to deal with an invasion carried out by a faction of Skrulls, shape-shifting aliens that have infiltrated Earth over the years. It is expected to be released in 2023.
In addition to “Secret Invasion”, Marvel also released the trailer for “Werewolf in the Night”, a series that will be released on October 7 and that portrays a werewolf played by Gael García Bernal.
Also among the news, Marvel confirmed that Don Cheadle will be the protagonist of “Armor Wars”, a sequel to “Secret Invasion” without an official release date. Matt Shakman, who directed the series “Wandavision”, will have the same role in the movie “Fantastic Four”.
In Captain America: New World Order, Anthony Mackie will return as the new Captain America, with Carl Lumbly playing the young Isaiah Bradley and Danny Ramirez reprising the role of Joaquin Torres. Tim Blake Nelson will play Dr. Samuel Sterns after playing him in the 2008 film “The Incredible Hulk”.
