Matteo Bocelli, the Holiday collection by Guess makes him feel at home

Style and music are intertwined in the new campaign Holiday Of Guess. In fact, the protagonists of the shots are Matteo Bocelli and the Albanian singer Oriola Marashi, captured through the lens of the Ukrainian female duo Vicoolya and Saida in the spaces of Villa Alpebella, in Forte dei Marmi, now owned by the Bocelli family.

This is a building that has so much to tell. Previously owned by Oliviero Camparini, it was one of the most famous nightclubs in Italy during the golden years of the Dolce Vita. Numerous celebrities and VIPs have passed through here, including Paola di Liège (the Queen of Belgium), Domenico Modugno and Charlie Chaplin just to name a few.

Today, that allure charm and glamor pervade the brand’s new campaign, which takes the form of a sort of voyeuristic journey into the lives of VIPs, as they live their days between private jets, luxury boats, day trips in convertibles and intimate moments sheltered from the sun in the luxurious park of the villa.

«For many years now I have had very close ties with the Bocelli family, and it was an honor to be able to shoot the campaign at Villa Alpebella. I have known Matteo since he was just a boy and I am happy to see how far he has come to realize his dream of becoming an international star. This is a really exciting time in his career and I’m thrilled with his success. Matteo and Oriola are amazing, they complement each other, and Vicoolya and Saida were able to perfectly capture the intense, iconic and nostalgic atmosphere of the collection. With its charm and splendid scenery, the villa and Forte dei Marmi were the perfect location to express the glamorous spirit of the new collection” declared Paul Marciano.

Protagonists together with the artist duo, the garments of the collection GUESS Holiday, which is made up of hourglass dresses, suits and accessories with a retro feel, but reinterpreted in a contemporary key. Like a journey back in time, the black and white photos evoke the romantic atmosphere of the coveted Italian Riviera and the villa’s legacy as the “place to be” par excellence.
