BBB 24 runner-up, Matteus Amaral, asked on X, formerly Twitter, for donations to the state of Rio Grande do Sul, this Thursday morning (2).
The ex-brother is from Alegrete, a city in the southwestern region of Rio Grande do Sul, and asked his followers to help in a campaign to raise money to help “families, schools, shelters and assistance entities” affected by the rains that are ravaging the state.

The campaign shared by Matteus aims to raise R$2 million and has already accumulated almost R$125,000.
The gaucho has been using his social media accounts to show the floods that are hitting his state. To date, 13 people have died and 21 are missing, as announced by the Civil Defense of Rio Grande do Sul this Thursday.
Governor Eduardo Leite (PSDB) declared a state of calamity after heavy rains in the state.
