The Kremlin has announced today that 29 foreign leaders, including Chinese Xi Jing and Brazilian Luis Inasio Lula da Silva, are expected on Friday in Moscow on the occasion of the celebrations of Nazi Germany’s victory over Nazi Germany. “We expect the presence of 29 foreign leaders in the victory parade,” Russian President Vladimir Putin’s diplomatic adviser Yuri Usakov told the press. “(Military) units from 13 countries will parade (…), including China,” he added, while Kiev has stated that he will perceive any foreign participation in the parade as “a support for the attacking state”.
