MC Daniel He used social media this Wednesday (21) to say that he suffered prejudice on the flight that took him to Italy. The funk singer will parade in Milan for the Fashion Week
First class, MC Daniel stated, through Instagram stories, that the flight attendant stopped him because she must not have believed he was entitled to the most expensive seat . “I'm going to pretend the woman didn't stop me because she thought she wasn't in first class. This is going to be absurdly funny”, he wrote when showing the moment in which he appears to have been “blocked”.
Later, seated in first class, the funk singer appeared to talk more about the subject.
“I’m going to pretend the woman didn’t think I was in first class,” he said. “Before, I agreed that when someone took me for looks, for money, I would act aggressively. Today I pretend it's not me – oh, don't you think I'm in first class? What do you think about me buying the plane? I don't even fight back, I understand. It is difficult for them to accept, but with education we win everything”, emphasized Daniel.
“When you return prejudice with politeness and elegance, it hurts even more for the person who generates the prejudice. As soon as the bubble is broken”, he wrote in the caption.
MC Daniel was invited by Phillip Plein owner of the brand that bears the same name, through Fernanda Rigon which represents the brand on Brazilian soil, to appear in Milan.
The season and fashion shows of the autumn/winter 2024-2025 collections on the catwalks began on Tuesday (20) and will continue until February 26.
The event will bring together a variety of innovative designs and cutting-edge collections, with a wide range of shows ranging from iconic brands such as Prada and Armani to the presentation of new designers.
