Singer MC Ryan SP was released after paying a bail of R $ 1 million determined by the São Paulo Court of Justice (TJSP). The artist had been arrested at dawn on Saturday (10), after maneuvering with a luxury vehicle on the lawn of Barão da Serra Negra Stadium in Piracicaba (SP).
In addition to payment, the court determined that the artist must appear monthly in court to inform and justify his activities, under penalty of decree of pre -trial detention. He is also prohibited from changing address or being absent from the district for more than eight days, without prior judicial authorization.
It was also determined that the MC cannot attend bars, points of sale of drugs, brothels or places where there is news of drug use or alcohol.
According to the TJSP, “the defendant is also prohibited from making any statement, commenting, publication or mention, direct or indirect, on social networks, digital platforms, messaging applications or any electronic media, about the facts investigated in the file, and should keep strict confidentiality of the case”.

Through social networks, Ryan SP confirmed that he was taken to the police station to give testimony, but said the maneuver was not at risk.
“I went to do a show, had a very free space there, where I offered no risk to anyone. I ended up giving a horse and the contractor called the police. I’m here at the police station just for clarification,” he said.
Still in published videos, the artist said that the contractor would have requested $ 70,000 for alleged damage to the lawn and even transferred part of the amount. “He ordered 70 thousand, sent 20 thousand and, due to the time of Pix, we could not send the rest at the time. Then he called the police,” he reported.
