MEC anticipates release of Enem results

Without prior notice, the Ministry of Education (MEC) anticipated the release of the results of the National High School Exam (Enem) 2021 to this Wednesday (9). Initially, the results would be released on Friday (11).

The minister of the portfolio, Milton Ribeiro, said that the anticipation of two days was due to the speed in complying with the schedule established by the National Institute of Educational Studies and Research Anísio Teixeira (Inep), responsible for the event.

“We reduced two days of anxiety in the hearts of Brazilian students”, commented the minister, in an interview with the “Voz do Brasil” program of Empresa Brasil de Comunicação (EBC).

However, through social networks, several users reported problems on the Inep website (Participant Page), which prevented candidates from checking their own grades.

In reply to CNNInep stated that the individual results have already been calculated and are ready for publication, but that the loading of the base with more than 17 million data is still being finalized and that all the notes will be available in the next few hours.

With the Enem scores, participants can seek access to programs from the Ministry of Education (MEC), such as the Unified Selection System (Sisu), the University for All Program (ProUni) and the Student Financing Fund (Fies).
