According to media reports, Bitcoin Magazine CEO David Bailey has promised to hold a multi-million dollar fundraiser for US presidential candidate Donald Trump at a Bitcoin conference in Nashville later this month.

In the wake of the assassination attempt on former US President Donald Trump, Bitcoin Magazine CEO David Bailey has committed to helping his campaign raise nearly $15 million from members of the crypto community during a Bitcoin conference in Nashville scheduled for July 25-27.

Bailey told reporters that the Republican presidential candidate was in “good spirits and excited” and was ready to address the crypto community despite recently surviving an assassination attempt.

Multicoin Capital Managing Partner and Co-Founder Kyle Samani added that Donald Trump and his campaign team have every chance of winning the favor of a wide range of voters among US crypto investors.

“Many large crypto investors are voters. They have money and are looking for a worthy candidate to support financially. Trump and his team have all the advantages and can benefit from this,” Samani said.

Notably, after the assassination attempt on the cryptocurrency-backed US presidential candidate, the market value of Bitcoin exceeded $62,000, fueling speculation that Trump’s chances of re-election had increased dramatically.
