Unfortunately, the insider did not specify which particular video card we are talking about, but given the approximate release schedule for models in the RTX 40 line, an enthusiast can talk about either the RTX 4090 or the simpler RTX 4080. And, theoretically, both of these video cards should provide to a potential buyer, a twofold increase in performance compared to similar models from the RTX 30 series, which is actually a huge jump in power. Initially, the RTX 4080 was supposed to be roughly comparable in capabilities to the RTX 3090, but now it seems that we are talking about a level of performance even higher than the RTX 3090 Ti.
