“Iatriko Athens” is proceeding with a capital return of €0.07 per share to its shareholders, with payment of the amount beginning on August 24.
More specifically:
“The company IATRIKO ATHINON E.A.E. informs the investing public that the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on Friday, June 17, 2022, approved a) the increase of the company’s share capital by 6,071,518.60 euros with the capitalization of part of the reserve from the account “Difference from the issue of shares at a premium” and an increase in the nominal value of each share by the amount of 0.07 euros, i.e. from 0.31 euros to 0.38 euros. b) the simultaneous reduction of the company’s share capital by the same amount by 6,071,518.60 euros, with a corresponding reduction in the nominal value of each share by the amount of 0.07 euros, i.e. from 0.38 euros to 0.31 euros and return of the shareholder’s share capital by cash payment, i.e. amount 0.07 euros per share After the above equal increase and decrease, the company’s share capital amounts to 26,888,153.80 euros.
On 7-7-2022 it was registered in the General Commercial Register (G.E.MH.) with Registration Code No. 2906580, the no. 2656040AP/07/07/2022 decision of the Ministry of Economy and Development, which approved the amendment of the relevant article of the Company’s Articles of Association, as a result of the reduction of the share capital.
The Corporate Transactions Committee of the Athens Stock Exchange was informed on 07-15-2022 of the above change in the nominal value of the Company’s shares and the return of capital by cash payment to the shareholders.
Pursuant to the 7-7-2022 decision of the company’s Board of Directors, it is stipulated that from Thursday 8-18-2022, the company’s shares will be traded on the Athens Stock Exchange with a final value of €0.31 per share and without the right to participate in the return of capital by cash payment to the shareholders amounting to €0.07 per share.
Entitled to receive the return of capital are the shareholders who will be registered in the records of S.A.T. on Friday 19-8-2022.
From the same date (18-8-2022), the starting price of the Company’s shares on the Athens Stock Exchange will be established in accordance with the Regulations of the Athens Stock Exchange, in conjunction with the no. 27 decision of the Board of Directors of the Athens Stock Exchange as applicable.
The start date for the repayment of capital is set as 24-8-2022, Wednesday,
The capital will be returned by the paying bank Eurobank as follows:
i. Through the Participants of the beneficiaries in the SAT (Banks and Brokerage Companies), in accordance with the provisions of the Operating Regulations of ATHEXCSD and its relevant decisions.
ii. especially in cases of capital refunds to heirs of deceased beneficiaries, whose titles are held in the special account of their share in S.A.T., under the management of ATHEXCSD, the process of paying the amount of capital refund is carried out after the completion of the legalization of the heirs through the Eurobank branch network for 5 years from the end of the current year (ie until 31.12.2027).
