Medvedev’s new threats: Russia will occupy more territory in Ukraine

Its former president of Russia, Dmitry Medvedevpledged on Saturday that the Russia will occupy more lands in the Ukraineon the occasion of one year since the annexation of four Ukrainian provinces.

“The special military operation (in Ukraine) will continue until the complete destruction of the Nazi regime in Kiev and the liberation of the originally Russian territories from the hands of the enemy,” wrote Medvedev by posting to Telegram.

Victory will be ours. And more new areas will join the Russia“, said the current number two in the Russian Security Council and an ardent supporter of the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

In a video message released earlier today by the Kremlin, Mr Russian President Vladimir Putin pledged to rebuild the war-torn annexed Ukrainian provinces.

On September 30, 2022, Putin signed the documents by which the Ukrainian provinces Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhia and Kherson were annexed to Russia. Today, September 30, was declared “Day of Reunification” by Putin. The annexations were condemned by Kiev and Western countries, which deemed them “illegal” and have not been recognized by any country.
