South by Southwest, better known as SXSW, takes place annually in March, in Austin, in the United States and is considered one of the biggest technology, music, innovation and culture events in the world, also bringing attractions from different countries.
In 2024, SXSW takes place March 8-16. The event was founded in 1987 with a series of long discussions about the future of entertainment and media. Since then, he has been responsible for bringing iconic lectures, films and shows marked in the memory of the event.
This year, after two knockout stages, four Brazilian startups were selected to participate in the event. With all costs paid, Instituto Caldeira in partnership with Dell Technologies and Intel were responsible for announcing the winners.
School Guardian , Yours Bank , Datasphere It is Pix Force were the champion startups of this unprecedented competition. In addition to access to the event, entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to connect with partners from institutions that will be present at the event and at Casa Dell, based in Austin.

School Guardian
School Guardian technology increases the safety of students, parents and school staff by offering complete feature packages ranging from school transport tracking, management of exit authorizations, entry and exit records of students and visitors, to weapons detection and digital emergency buttons.
The platform also allows schools and families to reduce the time spent on the daily routine of picking up their children from school by up to 75%. Currently, School Guardian serves more than 400 educational institutions in countries such as Brazil, the United States, Portugal, Peru, Bahamas, Uruguay, Paraguay, Egypt and Malaysia. More than 300 thousand students, parents or guardians use the application.
Yours Bank
Yours is the first company to develop digital banking solutions for children and teenagers in Brazil . Created in 2021, the fintech was awarded in the Startup Challenge of the first South Summit Brazil , next year. Since then, it has received an investment of R$5 million from Banco do Brasil and has surpassed 100,000 active users offering financial intelligence and digital solutions for digital natives.
In 2024, the startup will delve even deeper into the mission of transforming the country through education, bringing quality content to parents and children who care about the family's financial future.

Datafera is a Data, AI and Analytics Platform business focused .
