Deputy Secretary of State Miltiadis Varvitsiotis had a brief meeting with former US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo on the sidelines of the Delphi Economic Forum International Conference in Washington. “We exchanged views on the current geopolitical challenges and recent developments in Ukraine. I thanked him for his efforts to deepen the Greek-American strategic cooperation,” M. Varvitsiotis said in a Twitter post about the meeting.
