Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias met with the Minister of Industry and Technology of the United Arab Emirates, Sultan bin Ahmed Al Jaber, today, following their meeting in New York, on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly. .

According to diplomatic sources, during the meeting the strategic and “unique” character of the relations between the two countries was re-emphasized by both sides, relations which were reflected in the agreement on cooperation in foreign and defense policy and which are not affected by the economic relations with third countries.
At the same time, it was stressed that the strategic relationship should be complemented by the strengthening of economic cooperation and investment, as stated by the same sources.
In this context, the Emirati Minister informed about the prospects of future investments in Greece.
