Diversity and inclusion has been a recurring theme in large companies. According to the Brazilian Association of Business Communication – Aberje, 15% of the Brazilian GDP corresponds to the revenues of companies that present D&I programs.
For the CEO of Profissas, Victor Lambertucci, these actions play a fundamental role in ‘coloring’ the job market. “We bring together leaders, HR professionals, ambassadors of different brands and representatives to act intentionally and actively for an increasingly equitable corporate environment”, he says.
According to the study “Diversity as a performance lever” carried out by the McKinsey consultancy, companies with gender diversity earn 21% more. Also according to the survey, organizations with ethnic and cultural diversity earn 33% more than expected.

The Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Mercado Livre, Ângela Faria, points out that companies need to think about the present and the future. “We have a pillar focused on promoting a more inclusive society. Mercado Livre has almost 40,000 employees, it’s no use just reflecting a demographic need,” she says.
The event is free and will feature institutional positioning and pro-inclusive culture policies; the role of leadership in diversity and inclusion, among other topics.
“2023 will be the year of more inclusive environments. We want more and more inclusion and accessibility programs”, he concludes.
The Head of Diversity and Inclusion at B3, Alexandre Kiyohara, who will also be at the meeting, says that between 2018 and 2022, the company increased from 8% of black people in the group to 24%.
“We want to be a reference in diversity and inclusion. The level of maturity we have achieved has had an impact within corporate spaces. Now we want to reach our market and the financial market as a whole ”she declares.
This will be the second edition of the event with leaders and HR professionals from large companies to discuss “Trends and lessons learned in D&I and Corporate Education”.
