Mega-Sena: draw this Saturday (25) has an estimated prize of R$ 3 million

A Caixa Econômica Federal holds, this Saturday (25), the draw for contest 2,568 of the Mega-Sena. The premium is accrued and estimated at BRL 3 million for those who match the six tens drawn.

The draw will take place at 20:00 (Brasília time), with a live transmission by Caixa’s social networks.

The prize was accumulated and estimated at BRL 8,548,140.96, but in the draw for the 2,567 contest, which took place on Thursday night (23), there was a winning bet and the value returned to its minimum range.

To compete, players can register their games up to one hour before the draw, at 7 pm, at any lottery shop accredited by Caixa or via the bank’s website or application. The single ticket, with six numbers marked, costs R$ 4.50.

For games made on the Caixa website, the minimum amount to bet on the Mega-Sena is R$30, whether for a single bet or more than one.

To make a bigger bet, with seven numbers, the price rises to R$ 31.50, according to Caixa.

Another option to reach the minimum price is to place seven single bets, which together have the same value, R$ 31.50. In addition, sweepstakes, available online, are another option.

sweepstakes

One way to bet on the Mega-Sena, in addition to individual games, is to form a group to choose the numbers, the so-called Bolão.

When registered in the system, the bet generates a quota receipt for each participant, who can redeem their share of the prize individually.

The pools have a minimum value of R$ 10 and each share must be at least R$ 5, and it is possible to make a pool of at least two and a maximum of 100 shares.

The gambler can also acquire shares of pools organized by the lottery. Just ask the attendant for the number of shares you want and keep the receipt to check the bet on the day of the draw.

In this case, an additional service fee of up to 35% of the quota value may be charged, at the lottery’s discretion.

award

The gross prize corresponds to 43.35% of the collection. Of this percentage:

  • 35% are distributed among the winners of the 6 numbers drawn (Sena);
  • 19% among 5-number matchers (Quina);
  • 19% among 4-number matchers (Quadra);
  • 22% are accumulated and distributed to those who match the 6 numbers in the contests ending in 0 or 5.
  • 5% are accumulated for the first bracket – sena – of the last contest of the year ending 0 or 5 (Mega da Virada).

Accumulation

If there are no winners in any bracket, the value accumulates for the next contest, in the respective award bracket.

Prizes expire 90 days after the draw date. After this period, the amounts are transferred to the national treasury for investment in the Higher Education Student Financing Fund (Fies).
