Chinese smartphone maker Meizu has released the first official images of the flagship Meizu 18 and Meizu 18 Pro smartphones, which will be unveiled on March 3.

The smartphones feature bezel-less curved displays, and the front-facing camera is embedded in the top center of the screen. Because of this, the Meizu 18 and Meizu 18 Pro have become similar to many other modern flagships, while the previous generations of this flagship line stood out from the crowd with a tiny top screen bezel, which always had a place for a selfie camera. The width of the bottom frame of the screen remains unknown. The images also confirm that the fingerprint sensor in these smartphones is sub-screen.
The smartphones have already appeared in the China Quality Certification Center (CQC), which confirmed that the Meizu 18 and Meizu 18 Pro are equipped with 3910 and 4855 mAh batteries, respectively. According to unconfirmed reports, the Meizu 18 may be equipped with the Snapdragon 870 mobile platform, 8GB of RAM and 256GB of flash memory, and a 64MP main camera. The Meizu 18 Pro may be equipped with a Snapdragon 888 SoC. Both models are expected to feature Samsung E4 AMOLED displays with FHD + resolution and 120Hz refresh rate.

The smartphones will be running the Flyme 9 shell, which is based on Android 11.
