Minister André Mendonça’s determination to provide information on the electoral fund and hospitalizations in Rio de Janeiro by people not vaccinated against Covid-19 are among the highlights of the night of this Wednesday, January 12, 2022.

Determination of Mendonça

Minister André Mendonça, of the Federal Supreme Court (STF), determined that President Jair Bolsonaro (PL) and Congress provide, within five days, information about the electoral fund scheduled for this year. He also determined the manifestation of the Attorney General’s Office and the Attorney General’s Office (AGU), in three days.

Efficacy against Omicron
