Meryl Streep is confirmed in the cast of the 4th season of “Only Murders in the Building” , according to “Variety” magazine. The actress made her first appearance in season 3 as Loretta Durkin.
She was Oliver's (Martin Short) romantic interest and starred in his Broadway show. According to the publication, Streep will return to the plot, which will now be set in Los Angeles.
The series was renewed for a fourth season at the end of 2023, shortly after the end of the third. The new episodes do not yet have a premiere date.
In Brazil, the three seasons of “Only Murders in the Building” are available on Star+.
The title stars Steve Martin, Martin Short and Selena Gomez and follows three neighbors in a New York building called Arconia, who come together to record a true crime podcast about the murders of their neighbors, for which they are continually accused.
