An incredible one scam occurred in Japan, as a woman through Instagram met a man, who cheated on her, stating that he is astronaut who was trapped in the space and they needed 30,000 to come to Earth so they could get married.

In accordance with newsweek.comthe man told the woman, who lives in Higashiomi City, that he loved her and wanted to marry her, but in order to return from space and meet her in Japan, he needed to send him money to “pay the landing fees.”

According to the Japanese newspaper Yomiuri Shimbun, between August 19 and September 5, his wife sent him more than 30,000 euros.

The two met on Instagram on June 28. He told her he worked on the International Space Station, according to Newsweek.
