MetaMask Swaps has integrated the OpenOcean DEX aggregator. The company shared the news on its official Twitter page:

OpenOcean currently supports the Ethereum, BSC, Polygon, Avalanche, Arbitrum, and Optimism Network networks. It is available in the MetaMask portfolio in the Swap section.

OpenOcean’s aggregator is available for swaps on:

Last spring, the OpenOcean team gave away 10 million OOE tokens. Of these, 2% of the coins were distributed via airdrop to the very first users. Meanwhile, the crypto community is waiting for Metamask to issue its token, an event that promises to be historic.

The OpenOcean DEX aggregator supports over 1,100 crypto assets across multiple networks. In a press release, the company says it aims to offer competitive cross-network swap yields through a variety of mechanisms. For example, through the pricing structure, low commissions, slippage and various optimized trading routes.

Last December, MetaMask Swaps added swaps to Arbitrum and Optimism. These are the first level 2 networks that appeared on this platform.
