Mexico: Two Jesuits killed inside church – Perpetrators take bodies away

Two Jesuits were killed on Monday in Mexico inside a church. It all started when a man entered the church trying to escape, by gunmen who chased him. This was announced yesterday Tuesday by La Compañía de Jesús (“Companion of Jesus”), their religious order, at the same time asking them perpetrators to hand over their corpses to him.

According to the Athenian News Agency, the attack took place in an isolated, mountainous area in the state of Chihuahua, an impressive landscape full of deep ravines, home of the indigenous Taraumara, in the northern part of the country.

The gunmen chased the man, who according to what has become known, was a tourist guide, inside the church in the village of Serokaou.
