MG: Man with more than 80 tickets is arrested moments before new crime

A man with more than 80 police tickets was arrested at dawn on Monday (19), in Governador Valadares (MG), moments before committing a new crime according to the authorities.

According to the Minas Gerais Military Police, during a patrol in the central area of ​​the city, agents received information that, near the municipal market, a suspect had a gun in hand and visibly looking for someone.

The military moved to take the approach, but the suspect climbed on a motorcycle and left the scene when he realized it would be approached. The police followed him and managed to reach the suspect. In the occasion, he would have thrown his firearm on the floor in an attempt to hide it near the bike.

According to the PM, during the approach the author dropped the motorcycle, had a strong ethyl breath, speaks disconnected and said he had the gun because he had some disaffected and was looking for a person to kill, but did not say who it would be.

The suspect was arrested, informed his constitutional rights and sent to the police station. The weapon and six ammunition were seized.

In checking the suspect’s criminal record, the military identified 84 police passages in all of his police.
