Military police from Minas Gerais located a drug laboratory on a site in the community of Carvalhos, in the rural area of Rio Piracicaba (MG) on Tuesday night (15).
The military arrived at the location after a series of surveys and investigations. The laboratory was intended for the cultivation and preparation of drugs. Due to the quantity of materials and narcotics, the police believe that the drugs grown in the laboratory were distributed to several cities in Médio Piracicaba and also to cities in other states.
At the scene, agents seized 23 bars of marijuana, a bag containing seeds of the drug, trays of seedlings, bags of fertilizer for planting, a package of base paste, bars of cocaine and powdered cocaine, coca leaves, cocaine pins, ecstasy.
Materials for packaging drugs were also seized, such as empty pins, 73 empty perfume bottles, hydraulic and manual presses, pans for manufacturing the drug, sieve, precision scales, cans of thinner and bottles of shoe glue.
A 32 caliber revolver, a homemade pistol, an intact 32 caliber ammunition and a simulacrum were also located. In addition to cell phones, radio communicators and computers.
Those involved and all the material were sent to the Civil Police Station. The operation included the participation of Military Police Officers from the Intelligence Sector of the 17th Independent Military Police Company, as well as Soldiers from the Rio Piracicaba Platoon and the Environmental Platoon.
