“We are in close contact with President Zelensky. We admire the courage shown by him and the people of Ukraine who resist brutal Russian aggression. “The EU will continue to provide unprecedented assistance and support to Ukraine,” Charles Michel said on Twitter.
In addition, Charles Michel met today with the Polish Prime Minister, Mateusz Morawieckiin Poland, where he visited a makeshift camp refugees on the border with Ukraine. “The EU ensures safe passage and welcomes you with solidarity and dignity,” Charles Michel said on twitter.
