Microsoft announced Office 2021: key features and package prices are known

Ahead of the release of Office 2021, the software giant has decided to share some of the features expected in office applications and has announced pricing. Office 2021 is a complete office for casual users and organizations that don’t want to subscribe to Microsoft 365.

Microsoft Office 2021 will be available in two editions – for home and school, as well as for home and business. The first option contains Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Microsoft Teams for PC and Mac. The cost of this edition will be $ 150. Office Home and Business will retail for $ 250. This is an advanced edition that allows you to use the office for business purposes. It also includes an Outlook mail manager.

Office 2021 offers the collaboration features found in the Microsoft 365 office. These include real-time document co-authoring, OneDrive support, and Microsoft Teams integration. The office suite is redesigned with a redesigned ribbon interface, rounded corners and a neutral color palette to match the Windows 11 style. The company has also added several features from Microsoft 365, including improved ink input and translation support in Outlook. All the innovations in Office 2021 can be found on the product support page.

Office 2021 will be released on October 5 alongside the launch of Windows 11. Microsoft says the new version of the office suite will run on Windows 11, Windows 10 and the last three versions of macOS.
