Microsoft gave up? The latest build of Windows 11 was released to unsupported PCs

In early June, Microsoft released build 22621 of Windows 11, which was a pre-release version of a major system update with an index of 22H2. The company did not say anything about lowering the high system requirements (the presence of a modern processor and a TPM 2.0 cryptochip), but this latest build has suddenly become available even to owners of unsupported computers. Microsoft later said that a bug was the cause. The development of events was followed by the edition of Windows Latest.

Similar screenshots were shared by users on the forums, noting the availability of the latest build on computers that are incompatible with the requirements of Windows 11

It is reported that Microsoft did not give up at all under the onslaught of disgruntled users and did not lower the system requirements of the new system – test assembly number 22621 became available to everyone by mistake. The update has already been removed from the company’s servers – in fact, it was not automatically downloaded to any of the unsupported devices.
