Microsoft has released a software update for branded game consoles and the Xbox app on mobile platforms.
The June updates include speech-to-text and text-to-speech team chats, official notes on your favorite games in the Xbox mobile app, the ability to reorder groups in File Explorer, and more.
New settings have appeared in team chats. With the speech-to-text function enabled, gamers will be able to see all the words spoken by the team chat participants in the form of text, which will be displayed in a custom bar at the top of the gameplay. With the help of text-to-speech, gamers will be able to write messages in the team chat, which will be automatically played by voice for the rest of the participants (with the ability to choose from several voices by language).
On the home page of the Xbox Android and iOS app, you can now view official notes for your favorite games, as well as tag, share, or comment on them.
You can now customize the order in which they appear using the Move Groups button in the My Games & Apps menu.
The Xbox Family Settings app made it easier to view and approve requests from children to cross-play with other platforms and Windows PCs.
