One of the close advisors of the elected president of Argentina, Javier Milei, economist Carlos Rodríguez said this Thursday (23) that he gets a stomach ache when he sees two men kissing and justified his discrimination as a “hormonal issue”.
“If I see two women kissing, I love it. But, if I see two men kissing, my stomach hurts,” said Rodríguez, in an interview with the LN+ channel.
The economist was speaking on the program of Argentine presenter Luis Novaresio, an open homosexual, who proposed: “At the next gay pride march, come with me. I invite you.”
Rodríguez immediately rejected the invitation. “No, no, I don’t like it. It’s a hormonal issue. I don’t think gay people understand,” he replied.

“There is a problem that you need to understand, which is testosterone, there is a hormonal problem”, added Milei’s advisor.
The interviewer challenged Rodríguez. “I have as much testosterone as you. My stomach hurts when a boy is kicked out of the house for being gay or [porque] They don’t give you a job because you’re gay,” said Novaresio.
Rodríguez is part of Liberdade Avança, a party created by Milei, and is head of the party’s council of economic advisors. With a PhD from the University of Chicago, he founded the Center for Macroeconomic Studies (Cema) in Buenos Aires, where he was rector for more than 20 years.
