Millionaire turns to eccentric method to stay young: 17-year-old son’s blood transfusions

Creams, treatments or surgeries: For years, people have looked for different ways to stay young. But what entrepreneur Bryan Johnson, 45, is doing has shocked the world.

The tycoon, who lives in Silicon Valley, in the United States, spent two years trying to reverse biology and make his organs work like a teenager using his 17-year-old son’s blood as part of the procedure, reports the Telegraph.

To stay young, Johnson spends $2 million a year and has also hired a team of 30 professionals to help him with what he calls Operation Blueprint.

The intervention includes not only the participation of her 17-year-old son, Talmage, but also her 70-year-old father, Richard, in what would be “the world’s first multigenerational plasma exchange.”

According to the tests carried out by his medical team, he is almost reaching his goal of being young again.

How does Operation Blueprint work?

Transfusions consist of exchanging blood with your child and father. The blood sample, about a liter, is collected with a machine and then distilled into liquid plasma, red and white blood cells, and platelets.

Men of three generations must perform the same procedure to make room in their bloodstream to infiltrate each other’s plasma.

The first to execute it was his son Talmage, later giving way to Bryan, who infused his son’s plasma into himself. Finally, Richard, 70, did the same with Bryan’s blood.

With 12 months of treatment there is a reduction equivalent to 31 years, points out Johnson.

The businessman guarantees that his rate of accumulating damage with aging is lower than the average of a 10-year-old child. It also suggests that yes, a 10-year-old can accumulate the damage of aging.

“The body’s organs and biological processes begin to accumulate the damage of aging at different ages and rates. The older you are, the faster the damage of aging accumulates,” explains Johnson.

The tycoon said in an interview with CG magazine that, as part of the treatment and protocol, he must do more than a hundred actions and requirements that include acid peelings and laser therapies.

“From the time I get up to the time I go to bed, my whole life revolves around this system,” he said.

He leads a strict life for the procedure to be effective: He weighs himself on a high-tech scale, takes his temperature and swallows 54 pills along with a drink he calls the “green giant” every day.

Bryan Johnson considers himself a “professional rejuvenation athlete” and a pioneer of science showing the future of human potential.

“Most people hear about it and their instant reaction is to assume I’m crazy. It is very difficult to understand that you can get more pleasure from doing this than from anything else”, said the tycoon.
