Prime Computer has unveiled the PrimeMini Slim 2 passively cooled mini PC. According to the manufacturer, this is one of the thinnest mini PCs. The dimensions of the computer are 20.8 x 18 x 3.7 cm, and it weighs 2 kg.

The case houses a system on a quad-core Intel Core i5-10310u processor, clocked at 1.7-4.4 GHz. The system can be configured with 8, 16, or 32 GB of DDR4-2666 memory installed in two SODIMM slots. The SSD capacity can be 250GB, 500GB, 1TB, 2TB, or 4TB. The equipment includes two USB 3.1 ports, four USB 2.0 ports, HDMI 1.4 and DisplayPort video outputs, line-in and audio subsystem output. Network connectivity is provided by a Gigabit Ethernet port and an 802.11ac Wi-Fi adapter. In addition, there is Bluetooth 4.0.
According to the manufacturer, by participating in emission offset programs, it offsets an average of 453.7 kg of “CO2-equivalent” per PrimeMini Slim 2. This completely covers the emissions during production, distribution and the first 5 years of operation of the mini-PC, making its “100% climate neutral”. The manufacturer does not provide prices.
