Minisforum has unveiled the EliteMini HX90 mini PC powered by AMD’s fastest mobile processor, which, according to numerous tests, is also the highest performing mobile processor on the market as a whole.
We are talking, of course, about the Ryzen 9 5900HX. It is a 3.3-4.6 GHz octa-core APU and a Vega 8 GPU. It is also a mobile processor that supports overclocking.
The EliteMini HX90 does not support the installation of discrete graphics cards, so for PC games it is suitable only for those who need an integrated GPU. But here you can install up to 64 GB of RAM, one M.2 SSD and a couple of 2.5-inch drives.
The PC also offers Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.0, a carbon fiber housing and a liquid metal thermal interface, which should make the processor cooler more efficient.
The set of ports is very wide here. There are HDMI (x2), DisplayPort (x2), USB 3.0 (x5), USB-C, RJ45 and audio jacks. The dimensions of the novelty are 195 x 190 x 60 mm with a weight of 2.65 kg.
As for the price, the Barebone kit will cost $ 730, and the finished PC costs between $ 900 and $ 1010, depending on the amount of memory and SSD. At the moment, the manufacturer is offering a discount.
