Minisforum EliteMini X500 mini PC is based on AMD Ryzen 7 5700G APU

The Minisforum range has been expanded to include the EliteMini X500 mini PC, built on a Ryzen 7 5700G APU with an eight-core 3.8-4.6GHz CPU, 16MB L3 cache, and a GPU with eight Radeon RX Vega CUs running at a frequency of 2.0 GHz. The two SO-DIMM slots can accommodate up to 64 GB of DDR4-3200 memory. The manufacturer installs an M.2 SSD with a PCIe 3.0 interface. Expandability is provided by the M.2 2242 SATA slot and room for one 2.5 ”SATA drive.

The miniature system includes an Intel AX200 adapter that supports Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.1, HDMI 2.0 ports, DisplayPort, two Gigabit Ethernet ports, four USB 3.1 Gen2 ports, a microSD slot, line-out and microphone-in.

With dimensions of 154 x 153 x 62 mm, the computer weighs 980 g. It is positioned as a home or office office PC, HTPC, digital display controller.

A configuration with 16 GB of RAM costs $ 959, with 32 GB of RAM – $ 1059, with 64 GB of RAM – $ 1199. In all cases, the SSD is 512 GB and is currently discounted at $ 100.
