The Ministry of Health released this Tuesday (11) the planning for the distribution of pediatric doses of the Pfizer vaccine against Covid-19. The forecast is that the first batch, with 1.2 million doses, will arrive in Brazil next Thursday (13), at Viracopos Airport, in Campinas (SP).
According to the folder, the distribution of doses by states and the Federal District will follow the population criterion.
In all, Brazil should receive 4.3 million doses in January. For February, the expectation is that Pfizer will deliver another 7.2 million doses and, in March, another 8.4 million immunizers. The vaccination schedule for children consists of two doses with an interval of eight weeks.
