Dial 100

Communications for people affected by risks or natural disasters such as rain, land displacement, floods or low temperatures or droughts, among others, are planned. All demands are urgently forwarded to the Civil Defense Operations Center in the affected region.

In a press release, the MDHC expresses its solidarity with the victims, family and friends and reinforces its commitment to guaranteeing human rights in situations of climate tragedy.
