Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure: Advance payment of aid of 5 million euros to endangered native animal breeds

Today, Tuesday 30/11/2021, the payment of the advance payment of 65% of the requested aid amounts to the producers of the 1st and 2nd call of the implementation year 2021, which are included in the provisions of no. 401/48520 / 29.03.2018 Ministerial Decision (Government Gazette 1226 / Β ‘/ 2018) for the definition of the framework for the implementation of Action 10.1.09 “Conservation of endangered indigenous breeds of farm animals” of Measure 10 “Agri-environmental and climate measures” of the Rural Development Program (RDP) 2014-2020.

The amount paid amounts to 4,949,009.86 euros, concerns 880 beneficiaries nationwide and the credit process of bank accounts is in progress.

The beneficiaries have access to the detailed tables with the data of the calculation of their payment by using their codes in the internet application of the Measure (https://p2.dikaiomata.gr/M1019).

Against the results of the advance payment, and in accordance with the provisions of Article 21 of the above decision, the producers may file a relevant appeal, starting from Monday, December 13, 2021 and within five (5) working days, ie until Friday. December 17, 2021, electronically through the Information System of Action using their personal codes.

With the appeal, the producers can correct obvious errors related to the compliance documents and / or object to the findings (codes) that have arisen during the payment of their advance payment. At the same time, they must initiate the necessary administrative actions for the correction of the data in the computer / s database (s) through which the cross-checks are performed by the PS. It is clarified that the findings against which an appeal is lodged are re-examined only by drawing on data from the relevant databases. It is therefore not subject to review by a committee under the Measure.
