remember the case
Mayara Ingrid Silva Nitão and her brother César Henrique Silva Nitão lived in an apartment in Itaim Bibi, an upscale neighborhood in the West Zone of São Paulo. The initial suspicion is that the fire started in an outlet located next to the sofa or in the air conditioning, according to the incident report.
Both were on site during the fire that happened on Saturday (25). César managed to get out through the door of the apartment, but inhaled smoke and was admitted to the Beneficência Portuguesa Hospital, where he was discharged.
Mayara was unable to leave the apartment and fell from the sixth floor window. She received service from the Fire Department, but couldn’t resist the injuries.
The model was born in Campina Grande and lived in São Paulo for eight years. She was crowned Miss Sertão Paraibano 2023, and would represent her region in the 2023 National Beauty Contest, which will elect the 63rd Miss Brasil Mundo.
