A Russian missile attack in the center of Kryvyi Rih killed one person and injured 32 others this Friday (8), Ukrainian authorities said. Kryvyi Rih is the hometown of President Volodymyr Zelensky.
“A police officer was killed in the Russian attack. Three more were rescued from the rubble by the State Emergency Service. They are in serious condition”, highlighted the Ukrainian Minister of Internal Affairs, Ihor Klymenko, in a post on Telegram.

The head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional military administration, Serhii Lysak, noted that there was also extensive damage.
“Three administrative buildings were damaged. Seven residential buildings were damaged, including a multi-story building,” it said.
Attack on Kherson
Another Russian attack, in the southern region of Kherson, killed three people and injured four others, according to Ukrainian officials.
“Two women and one man died as a result of a guided missile attack,” wrote the head of the military administration of the Kherson region, Oleksandr Prokudin, on Telegram this Friday (8).
Among the injured were four women, two in moderate condition and two with minor injuries, authorities said.
