The victim was identified as Rafael Batalha dos Santos, 34. He had been missing since February 23rd.
According to the Secretariat of Public Security (SSP), the Military Police were called on the scene after a complaint.
The case was registered as a homicide at the Suzano Police Station and is investigated by the Suzano Homicide and Protection of Persons (SHPP) sector.
