On the YouTube channel, Atnarr Tech published a video in which they show us a Xiaomi smartphone running the MIUI shell based on the HarmonyOS 2.0 operating system.
When the smartphone is turned on, the Xiaomi and MIUI logos are displayed, as well as the Powered by HarmonyOS inscription. If this video is not fake, then Google may be in serious trouble. Suffice it to recall that Xiaomi is already one of the three most successful smartphone suppliers in the world and ships a couple of hundred million smartphones annually.

As a reminder, MIUI has been based on the Android operating system for many years and comes pre-installed with Google apps for global users. In the Chinese market, not all models receive Google apps.
In the video, we are not shown the lock screen or the desktop of the smartphone after turning on. This may indicate that the video is fake. However, more recently, work was announced to adapt HarmonyOS for Qualcomm and Snapdragon SoCs.
Yesterday we published a video in which the Huawei Mate 40 Pro running HarmonyOS 2.0 works with all Google apps.
