Sources at the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) said they saw a large Turkish military procession, including nearly 41 tanks, personnel carriers and rocket launchers, passing through Syria this morning in two batches. SOHR sources said that Turkish aid would probably arrive in a few hours at the Al-Mastoumah camp and the Taftanaz military air base, where Turkish forces are stationed, before deploying them to frontline positions in the eastern outskirts of Idlib.
