Model Bella Hadid regrets having had plastic surgery

The model Bella Hadid confessed that he regrets having had a nose job as a teenager.

The cover star of the April issue of American Vogue, the supermodel said she wished she hadn’t had the procedure at age 14.

“I wish I had kept my ancestors’ nose,” she said.

Hadid was accused of having performed several other procedures, the magazine wrote, but the 25-year-old denies it.

“People always have something to say, but I believe I have always been misunderstood in the fashion industry and by the people around me.”

Hadid opened up about her mental health in an Instagram post in November of last year. Alongside a series of selfies, she wrote: “I’ve had enough meltdowns and burnouts to know this: if you work hard enough on yourself, taking time alone to understand your traumas, triggers, joys and routine, you will always be.” able to understand or learn more about their own pain and how to deal with it.”

The new Vogue interview details the “burnout” Hadid says she experienced in the past year, which led to a treatment program involving medication and speech therapy.

“There were people online saying, ‘You live this amazing life,’” she said. “So how can I complain? I always felt I had no right to complain, which meant I had no right to ask for help, which was mine. first problem.”

Though she alludes to “multiple childhood traumas”, it’s clear that the pressures of working in the fashion industry have taken their toll.

“I’ve had girls on my lap crying at four in the morning, still auditioning for a show when they have to be at another show at 7 am,” she said. “Completely destroyed, hair burned, not eating anything, exhausted to the point of shaking.”

Hadid acknowledges that progress has been made in recent years, but much remains to be done as “fashion can make or break you”.

She told Vogue: “Finally, girls are defending the size of models, but when I started seven years ago, I couldn’t fit in Saint Laurent. And I remember a stylist talking about my weight because I couldn’t zip up.

“Looking back, I think so, because a runway Saint Laurent size wasn’t a life size for anyone. It’s a small size.”

Hadid, the daughter of real estate developer Mohamed Hadid and former “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” student Yolanda Hadid, also spoke of unfavorable comparisons to her sister, model Gigi Hadid.

“I was the ugliest sister. I was the brunette. Not as cool as Gigi, not as outgoing,” she said. “And unfortunately, when you hear things so many times, you just believe. I always wonder, as a girl with insecurities, anxiety, depression, body image issues, eating problems, who hates being touched, who has intense social anxiety – what was I doing to get into this business?
