Moonfall: the first world exclusive images of Emmerich’s film

“In the year 2022, the Moon will come to us,” the trailer announced threateningly. Here, in a world exclusive, the first images of Moonfall, the film that marks the return of Roland Emmerich behind the camera, with a new science fiction film, subgenre disaster movie. Emmerich’s specialty, which had already made us live the impending end of the world caused by various calamities with Independence Day, 2012 e The Day After Tomorrow.

In Moonfall a new interplanetary catastrophe is expected, with the Moon coming out of its orbit and threatening to enter on a collision course with the Earth. The film chronicles the weeks leading up to the impact, the world is on the verge of annihilation and former NASA astronaut Jo Fowler (played by Halle Berry) is convinced that she has the key to saving humanity, but only the colleague Brian Harper (Patrick Wilson) and conspiracy theorist KC Houseman (John Bradley) believe her. They are our heroes, who will organize a desperate mission into space.

In the cast, in addition to Halle Berry, Patrick Wilson, John Bradley there are Michael Peña, Charlie Plummer, Kelly Yu and Donald Sutherland. We will see them committed to saving the world from February 3, when Moonfall will arrive in theaters.
