Minister Alexandre de Moraes, of the Federal Supreme Court (STF), ordered the Federal Highway Police (PRF) to document, within 48 hours, the commitment, by states and municipalities, of the federal highway police force deployed on the highways, in performance and ready-to-employment, from October 28 to the present date.
The minister also determined that any recruitments carried out for the second round of the 2022 elections be informed, and there must be details of the origin of the police officers, as well as where they were sent on mission.
This Thursday (3), Moraes ordered the Federal Police (PF) to provide all available information on the identification of the leaders of the “unlawful actions in progress”, in particular the identification of the owners of the vehicles used in the blockades.
Earlier, Moraes also gave the PRF a period of 48 hours to present a detailed report with all the fines imposed against people who blocked roads.
The Federal Highway Police said, in a statement released on Thursday night (3), that “all federal highways are free of blockages”. According to the corporation, there are still 24 interdictions, however partial.
