At least 12,000 Palestiniansincluding 5,000 children, have been killed to the Israeli bombardment of Gaza since October 7, the government’s press office in the Hamas-controlled enclave announced today.

Prosecutor Karim Khan said the request was made by South Africa, Bangladesh, Bolivia, Comoros and Djibouti.
