The Hamas Health Ministry in the Gaza Strip announced today that at least 200 people were killed overnight by heavy Israeli shelling of the Palestinian enclave.
More than 200 witnesses to the night’s massacres, the ministry said in a statement to the media, clarifying that this count only concerns Gaza City and the northern part of the Palestinian enclave.
An Israeli female soldier was seriously injured today in a knife attack in front of a police station in East Jerusalem, near the Damascus Gate, and the assailant was “neutralized”, Israeli police announced.
“A terrorist armed with a knife arrived at the Salem police station and stabbed a female trooper … border police forces neutralized the terrorist by firing,” police added in a statement.
