It is the first all-electric SUV to be powered by the new BYD 3.0 platform, using the Dragon Face 3.0 design language. The dimensions of the car are 4455 x 1875 x 1615 mm with a wheelbase of 2720 mm. It is marketed as a compact SUV, but it has a short front overhang and a large wheelbase, which provides quite a lot of room for landing in the cabin.

The vehicle is equipped with an AC permanent magnet synchronous motor with a maximum power of 203 hp. and a peak torque of 310 Nm. It takes the car 7.3 seconds to accelerate from 0 to 100 km / h. The interior was designed by BYD Chief Designer Michel Paganetti himself, who previously worked at Daimler on the design of various Mercedes models, and is built using the latest concept of “rhythmic space”. The center console, based on the image of the dragon, is painted in two colors. There is also a dragon scale design element on the C-pillar.
