Most US PC Users Are Unaware of Windows 11 Coming Soon

The new Windows 11 operating system will launch next week, October 5th. A recent poll in the United States indicates that the majority (62%) are unaware of the upcoming release of a new operating system.

A sample survey was conducted by Savings.com among 1,042 adult PC users. The survey participants were asked various questions. Among those who know about the release of Windows 11, about 40% said they plan to upgrade. 14% do not want to install a new operating system, and 45% have not yet decided.

38% of those who know about the release of Windows 11 could not name the most interesting innovation in the operating system. 14% said they were looking forward to running Android apps on their PC. 13% of participants are waiting for a new design, the same number mentioned new game features.

4% remembered about voice dialing with automatic punctuation marks, 3% of users are interested in new widgets.
